Their computer system is top notch, so the paperwork is kept to a minimum. Exam Room- A young lady follows me in with a laptop and completes the intake process. They are unfailingly pleasant and efficient. They stick around during your exam and handle the computer stuff. The Exam- My needs are usually routine, so I normally see a PA and her name is Julie. The receptionist Barbara calmly checked me into the ER, and without much waiting, a physician named Christian observed my injury and ordered cat scans which were done by a very pleasant young woman named Ellie. Another young man named Christian answered my insurance questions and handled my insurance cards, Bella guided me from one place to another always asking if there was anything more that I might need to be as comfortable as possible (a pillow, ice pack...), Michelle brought me the nicest, most comfortable ice pack ever, and finally, Raney presented all the completed paperwork --scan results, signed by a doctor, with clear recommendations that helped me get through the week and follow up with my doctor. The hospital was very clean, bright, and organized, and the staff was seriously TOP NOTCH! Highlands County is blessed to have such an amazing facility! I, for one, am SO grateful!

From the moment I checked in for pre-op before my surgery with Melynda, an absolute doll, who was caring and hysterically funny to boot, which eased my mind, to check in for the surgery itself. I've never had so much attention by healthcare professionals before. Allan, who was in charge of my PT spoke to me in detail how things would be handled after surgery. He was very precise in a kind and loving way, and made me feel.at complete ease. Hes super friendly and knowledgeable. The nursing staff that worked on me were BEYOND wonderful. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. They constantly monitored me with loving care. Honestly, it was like I was family. Special shout out to Jace and Monica both. They were beyond wonderful. I was awake and Jace brought me warm cookies at 3 in the morning. My boyfriend and I were treated to a 5 3 course meal that ended with NY style cheesecake drizzled with strawberries. I cant thank everyone enough for the truly wonderful stay I had at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital. Wish I could give them 10 s. Elizabeth Grey

I cannot say enough positive things about Dismuke Law. I was…read moreinvolved in an auto accident just before Thanksgiving and being old school, I called other drivers insurance to get claim started and I was in need of a rental car. Well those days are gone as this company just blow me off and would not do anything to help. So I started looking online for a local attorney close to the area I live. After looking around and coming across Dismuke Law website, I remembered seeing their billboards. As I was reading about them, the online chat popped up so I stated a chat. Keep in mind I have never used an attorney for auto accident before. From the first communication I knew this was the Law firm for me. The next morning Maya contacted me a guided me through the initial paperwork and answered all my questions which there were plenty of. Then she moved me on to Marquita who was always patient and understanding to my needs and constant questions. Thank you to both of you. After that I was in contact with Mr. Garrett GAA , my attorney through this mess of insurance company BS. He was the easiest going attorney I have ever spoke to. He makes you feel like he is not better than you, just there to help. He and his staff work hard to make sure I received what was owed and don't let Auto Insurance companies take from you. Even my auto insurance, which I have been with for 36 years, was doing as little as they could to help. This was a true eye opener for me and made me see how little Auto and Health Insurance will do for you but always have their hand out for money they are not entitled to. If you don't have an attorney you could be paying bills that are not owed and will never get fair treatment as they are out for the company not you. I pray I will never need the services of Dismuke Law for an auto accident again BUT I CAN PROMISE YOU, I KNOW WHO TO CALL !!! I will always be Thankful for the guidance and professionalism I received from Mr. Garrett GAA

My husband surprised me with an IV gift certificate after he used the one I bought for him and loved his experience. I was genuinely excited to start treatments--until life hit me hard. First, I caught that horrible cold going around. It turned into pneumonia, and I was in no condition to walk into your business coughing, hacking, and contagious. As if that wasn't enough, I ended up with shingles. It has been months of nonstop health struggles. Finally--finally--when I started feeling well enough to take care of myself again, I reached out to schedule an appointment. I explained everything, honestly and vulnerably, because I truly want to start a wellness routine, do labs, and get onto a regular IV schedule. Instead of compassion or understanding, I was told, flatly, that my gift certificate was expired and there was "nothing they could do." After everything I went through, that response felt incredibly dismissive. It was a small gesture on their part that could have meant so much--and brought them long-term business from both me and my husband. Instead, it pushed us away. I told my husband, who was planning to rebook, and we both agreed: we'll take our business elsewhere to a provider who values customers and understands that real life doesn't always fit neatly into expiration dates.

This is one of the only Google reviews I have ever done and the only reason I'm doing this is…read morebecause I feel like medical care the most important service and because this was the worst medical care I ever had and that's including when I was in the army. This review is going to sound harsh because of all my complaints but there was just so many things to complain about, I actually held a few back because of character limit TLDR: This doctor might be pretty good for basic mundane stuff but if you're experience is like mine they will not take your pain seriously or give any information without you asking. Treatment was a joke. Superficially nice but compared to the other 2 chiropractors I've seen really disappointing. Really the worst medical appointment I've ever had. Really got covid isn't serious vibes from all the staff. I did not use their lack of covid protocols in my review score because many people don't mind but: **For imunocompromised people or people concerned about covid** I really got the impression they don't take COVID seriously at all. They have really antiquated covid information posted in the waiting room from over 2 years ago, all of which were telling you cherry picked information that was actually not true for the situation and was the opposite of CDC recommendations. One was about exercising with a mask I guess as an excuse for why they're not masked the other was about latex gloves which I guess is why they didn't wear latex gloves even though every medical professional knows about universal standard precautions. Let me get the good stuff out of the way first: super affordable and the nurse and the chiropractor we're both very likable that's why I gave them two stars instead of just one. Now for the bad stuff: I did not feel like they took my pain level seriously. I explained that without the 2 over the counter pain meds and three prescription medicines that I am on that my pain level is at a nine out of ten. I had knee repair surgery and the highest I rated my pain was at a six. I matched 6 miles with a broken foot and the pain is worse. Without medication I am crippled with the medication I am in constant pain and drop things all the time Has become a serious impediment to my Job. I can't sleep at night. The doctor's response to my pain?Pretty much "pain is bad" . He then
