The performance delivered was ultimately dishonorable & unethical. I was promised an AI website that was not a template website. They used a template website builder to build my site. All of the content was copied & pasted from other sites they have build and everything was AI generated so nothing was original, which all of the AI search engines will completely ignore due to their algorithms. The contract was not completed in the time the promised. They charged for monthly SEO but did absolutely nothing and wasn't hosting my site so there was no way for them to be actually be "working" on anything SEO related. They hounded me for the monthly SEO fees they were charging but the communication was non existent and their performance was severely lacking. I had an independent IT consultant review everything, present all of the findings and at the end of the day CI Web Group was proud they took advantage of a soldier and didn't want to be honorable and refund my money for a project that didn't meet promised timelines but most importantly the quality they promised. What they charged in comparison to what they delivered is what is called highway robbery. Please think twice about doing work with this company. Also Google their company and you will find employee based reviews that also sow a solid 2.2 star rating from their unhappy employees.

I've been working with CI Web Group for going on 6 years now. This team is strong. I've watched…read moresmall businesses grow 700% years over year. I've listened in as business owners cried because they were so thankful. The team is genuine and honest and I couldn't ask for a better work family. I started out in Data entry, then grew to Senior Director of Search Engine Marketing. Who can say that they find the job of their dreams right out of school? Anyways, I was feeling sappy and had to show my love for the company that has supported me and helped me grow to achieve more than I ever dreamed I could. Thank you for pushing me every day to be the best version of myself in and out of work. Guess this isn't being used anymore as a recommended review. So sad! Maybe if I made it a one star LOL!!

Over 18 months, multiple requests for google analytics or anything that could substantiate any progress and all they provided was marketing documents, and in-house created documents by them intending to prove their results. 18 months and the site they worked on moved our company back on the SEO dial. Bottom line is this company cannot be trusted and their efforts were disingenuous. They will take your money and provide nothing.

With 3 weeks left til our tradeshow, I reached out to Josh, our sales rep, to check on the progress. He emailed me back a few hours later in complete panic, saying "i just found out we're out of stock on the parts, I'm going to order them, it'll take 2 weeks, then we'll build the chairs and ship asap". I asked, "Does ASAP mean by our due date?" He gave the impression that they would be ready by then, and I wouldn't have to rent chairs from the show at the last minute. He was wrong. When I emailed him again, his response was "I thought these were shipped, I have no idea what's going on"... he really was clueless and no help, and since he didn't let us know until the day before the show, we had to pay HUGE penalties to rent chairs. When the chairs did show up, they looked crappy - you can tell they did a rush job... even though they didn't get them to us on time, they still rushed it. So the paint is smudged in places, not exactly a smooth coat of paint either. Plus, the fabric wasn't sewn well; one of the chairs has a weird piece of fabric sticking out the front. We might need to take them somewhere to have them properly finished. This company was a waste of time and money.
