I just wrapped up my second order from them for Q1 2016 trade show items, which were all a rush, and after they helped me so much for the second time, I thought it was time to give them a good review. I had some tricky shipping, three items to three different locations. Two trade shows and one residential address around the country. From the beginning Tina was clear about how many days to get a proof, how many business days of lead time for each separate item, and how many days it would take for shipping each item. Every email that was urgent had URGENT in the subject line so they wouldn't get lost. My art even needed a slight adjustment which was handled with my approval and a revised proof was sent to me for sign-off. read more

I ordered (2) Surface Tablet display holders. They arrived damaged I contacted the company and they ran me around the block. I asked for mgmt. Input I finally agreed to ship them back at my cost 240$cdn and was told I had to pay the restocking fee which came to 500usd. I went back and forth and got an agreement in an email. My credit came 6 weeks later with the restocking fee incl. What kind of company are they. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would say legalized crooks.. look somewhere else. read more
