He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with! I was searching all over town for someone to come out to my area, and as far as 24/7 services that travel to your home or workplace, it is very difficult to find anyone, especially if you have an emergency situation. I needed my computer repaired ASAP, and was willing to do whatever was possible. However, since 1st Choice Computer Service is located very far away from us, rather than have the company come out to me, I decided to save them the time and travel, and as a result, ended up shipping my system out to them. Since I was having it delivered to another office, there was a slight hiccup in the shipping process, but we rectified that immediately. So I suggest that if you do decide to ship your items, please list your home address as the destination address to avoid any confusion or possible issues. I cannot recommend this company enough, as in my opinion, this is hands down THE BEST computer service as far as I'm concerned!
