The aftercare and product suggestions given by Morgan are always helpful and informative. She makes sure that I'm comfortable and receiving services that I am happy with. Lastly, during my last visit they appeared to be renovating the lobby area. But these renovations did not appear to interfere with the services being provided. Not only is Shon great at customer service, she's quick with the wrist which is a great thing whenever receiving a this hair removal service. The service room is cute, always smelled clean and set to a comfortable temperature. Never did I think I'd say I can't wait to go back to a sugaring place, but Shon is great at what she does. The woman who did my eyebrows didn't ask me what I wanted, only took 5-7 minutes tops on me, didn't clean the area before or after nor did she apply lotion. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded countless times before but have never been this disappoint in them. My eyebrows are in 2 completely different places, and she trimmed them so short. Every other person who have done mine check to make sure they're even but she was in such a rush to get me out of there. After she finished, she gave me the mirror for one second before taking it away and walking to the cash register. Will not be returning.

They have a wide variety of colors, I'm not sure of how intricate they are with being able to do designs though. The last time before last however I went and I wanted to get a French manicure but the guy said he couldn't do it without the top of my nail showing, but I wasn't using tips so I wasn't sure why that was, also my nail broke that same day but I went back a few days later and they fixed it for nothing! One issue that I could see happenings is they have a small parking lot that's shared with other businesses, but I've never had a problem, so it hasn't bothered me. My favorite and only clinician I use is Sonya! She is super professional, always on point and will have you laughing (to distract you from the pain of course)! LOL. She is really good at understanding your skin and what you need. How are they handling Covid? They require masks at all times, you only enter at your scheduled appointment time and your enter and exit are at opposite ends of the establishment so you don't run the risk of being near anyone for potential exposure.
