I have sent 4 or 5 messages on Instagram now trying to find a solution but I have gotten no…read moreresponse. I was in about a week & a half ago for a brow shaping, lamination, & tint (a service I have gotten numerous times at another location with zero issues). I got the text that the esthetician was ready so I went inside to check in. I see her walking in after me & I still waited another 10 mins for my appointment. There was not much small talk which was fine, the only thing she kept asking was if my skin was burning - something that had never been asked during any of the other times I've had this service. She also did not trim the brow hairs so they were completely uneven. I got home & followed the proper aftercare (didn't get them wet for 48 hours, no products, etc.). I noticed one brow was completely different. One looked great, the other side looked like nothing had been done. The hairs were barely relaxed, they were not sitting as they should. Most of them had a weird kink to them. I reached out right away to rectify the issue with no response. It got worse after sleeping on them. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this location & I will definitely not be back.

I've sent another message since & she hasn't responded. I sent a message to the salon, they never responded. I'd also like to mention that I had sent them a message previously with questions about hair color and haircut and it took 7 days for them to respond to that. I do not recommend this salon and I most definitely do not recommend the very unprofessional Emily for eyelashes. That's when I saw Anna on an Instagram story promoting her business and I knew I had to go check her out myself. Not only is her suite closer to where I live, the experience I had here was phenomenal. Right off the bat I was greeted happily by Anna and she got right to work. Anna is a pro at her craft, she is extremely fast but efficient. I don't think my eyebrows have ever been this clear and defined before. I also had her do my upper lip (Italian problems) and I swear she found hair that I didn't even know existed there. The one thing I noticed about Anna is that she has so many loyal and loving clients and she shows that love right back. Her suite is the definition of girlhood, you make friends and laugh with everyone in there, it was truly a beautiful experience. I also got a lash lift and tint that she knocked out of the park! I personally requested for the tint to be brown because I wear brown mascara, and she happily followed my request. I am so impressed with the results.
