I love pink, so they earn brownie points with me for the rose gold, white, and pink decor. Their staff is really personable and friendly. It's really my favourite part of the experience! Bella was amazing and really listened and "gets" what I'm asking for. I'm picky and indecisive, so that really says a lot and is important to me when it comes to nails or any beautification. I also really love that they have so many colour options and offer cool ideas that I wouldn't necessarily think of on my own. After my initial visit, I learned chrome doesn't work well for me- I think my nails are maybe too oily or my cuticles just didn't like it. Bella went above and beyond to find a solution, and really cared about me being happy with her work. I can't even say how valuable that is in this kind of industry- as a consumer it's certainly rare to find people who take so much pride in their work. It's a nice central location, in Sparks street. For convenience I just parked at the World Exchange Plaza (free on weekends!) but there is also street parking available if you know where to look. Keri walked me through everything ahead of time, answered any questions that I had about jewelry options and price. During the procedure Keri was attentive and asked me how I was doing. Of course it hurt, like any piercing does, but her bedside manner was awesome! The spa has a very welcoming vibe to it once you walk in and it was nicely decorated inside and out for Christmas. It was also noticeably clean, which I immediately look at before receiving a spa treatment. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and our coats were taken from us to be hung up. We were then asked if we wanted any coffee or tea while we received our spa service. The coffee was good and nice to sip on to warm up. Melanie did my pedicure and Megan did my Mom's. They were both masked, professional and friendly. They made sure my Mom and I were both comfortable during the entire time. We sat in massage chairs that were so relaxing. There were plenty of nail polish colour options to choose from and we both chose festive Christmas colours. Overall, our pedicure experience was very relaxing and pleasant. I would definitely come back here with my Mom for a pedicure with Melanie and Megan. We would like to try getting manicures in the future with them. Stylist didn't bother to set a timer and the toner ended up darkening my hair to the point where the highlights weren't even visible. Don't recommend this stylist she was rough and unprofessional. Hair is fried and not an inch of blonde is visible.
