I arrived approximately at 12:32pm, as I arrived i was questioned if I had an appointment I then advised her yes at the time scheduled above Pushti Brows & Skin Therapy then stated that she was unaware of my appointment and asked if i made it before i arrived i said it was still open on her website and I wanted to get into her chair without the hassle of having to walk in to sit and wait, but since i had an appointment she refused to honor my appointment due to me making an appointment online which the client before did not have and told me i would have to wait after clients whom appointment times were after mine. When I asked if my appointment will be honored she talked down to me in front of her customers and mocked that i placed an appointment online even though the website had it available. Pushti Brows & Skin Therapy was totally unprofessional and made me feel very low for going by her rules that she set in place. I've spent a lot of money with Pushti Brows & Skin Therapy when she opened i was one of her first customers so to be treated this way due to me making a fair appointment isn't fair and i want others to be aware of this treatment as well.

The reviews on Google were very good, so I came and was happy with the results. Julie is a sweet lady. She has one of the lightest touches of any threader I've been to. So pain level was low. I have a lot of hair, so I usually talk to the threader for a couple minutes about the shape I'm going for. Otherwise, it could go in many different directions. She understood immediately what I wanted. She actually taught me a little more about what shapes would look best on my face. She also waxed my lip and I barely felt anything. The next time I visit this city, I'm definitely going to call ahead and try to book a few more services. It's not easy for people in smallish cities like this to find good eyebrow artists. At no point did I ask not to pay or walk out without paying I simply questioned why I had to pay full price for bad work. I walked out with unpolished toes and had to pay the full amount. Nobody tried to accommodate they simply sat with attitudes and threatened to call the police assuming I would walk out and not pay. The manager was sassy and rude and told me multiple times he was not going to do anything. This place was completely empty and for a reason. Do not come to this place! The polish was super clumpy because they did not dry the polish between layers.. they do not even have dryers the guy used a flip flop to dry my toes.
