You could not tell it was gluten free. I have Celiac disease and although a lot of restaurants claim a meal is gluten free, I have had numerous times I had a bad reaction to a meal that was " supposed " to be gluten free. At the Four Seasons you can eat confident that your meal is Gluten Free if that is what you ordered. Thank you for that. We are lucky to have the Four Seasons as an option to eat at.

This is an old school steakhouse in downtown Regina at Broad and Victoria that has been around for…read more40+ years. Food (3.5/5) - Menu has a good selection of appetizers, salads, steaks, seafood and other items. - Pepper Steak Sauté - one of their signature dishes. Pieces of beef tenderloin sautéed with onions, peppers, & mushrooms. Finished with a red wine reduction, & served on a bed of rice. It was ok... nothing special imo. Decent cuts of tenderloin with little fat and the sauce was ok although bit on the bland side. - Side Beef Barley Soup - not a bad side and taste and consistency was good. - Shrimp Cocktail - not what I was expecting and was not good tbh. The shrimps were on the dry side and seafood sauce was very average. I would have preferred a basic cocktail glass of fresh, tender shrimp. Service (3.75/5) - server was friendly and understood the menu well. Slight delay in between dishes and getting bill at end. Atmosphere (4/5) - it is an interesting layout with an old school steakhouse feel with touches of British & Canadian upscale artifacts like the paintings of past prime ministers. Overall (3.75/5) - Overall a more upscale dining experience for Regina. Maybe I should have tried the steak as I thought the food was just average... no better or worse than the Keg.

My fiancé had the Grilled Shrimp 'N Spinach Salad and it was also good. The full-sized salad was pretty big and had a dozen or so shrimp (cooked just right) and big chunks of bacon. The service was very good, with our server providing excellent recommendations. But what really impressed me was the dessert. We shared the Maple Butter Blondie. Drenched in sizzling maple butter sauce, the taste was to die for!

My parents, boyfriend and I went out for dinner on Wednesday night. My parents were quite happy…read morewith their meals. For me, I ordered a Truffle Burger ($24.5) with truffle fries ($3?). The burger is house-made, with garlic aioli, sautéed mushrooms with butter and thyme, arugula, black truffle cheddar and (my favourite) a bacon-onion compote. It was served on a sesame brioche bun. It looked great, but there were some problems. The patty itself was much too small for the rest of the burger. My boyfriend also mentioned his was gritty. My fries were warm, not hot. But the biggest let down were the mushrooms. They were extremely tough to eat, I ended up not eating them all because I couldn't get past how rubbery they were. And I'm a fiend for sautéed mushrooms which says a lot. The flavours here are good. This is the first time I've had issues here, so I am willing to return and Im hoping that this was just a bad night.
