In my honest opinion mine and my girlfriends experience 2 times prior with this restaurant have been exceptional and worth the time, 'on busy nights', for some odd reason when enduring a meal with less then 10 people in the restaurant itself our experience changed dramatically, with the middle aged waitress (which we will not name for discretionary issues and privacy) that was waiting our table, 'keep in mind I myself am 26, and my gf is 23' was at most distracted with elderly or family tables, and we felt our server was not intrested in our presence. It took almost 15 minutes for us to Recieve our menus and a welcome, another 10 minutes for our drinks. And we had to wave over the waitress in order to have our order taken, we stated we wanted 2 starters, and then our mains. Nothing against the chefs, our food was as satisfying as previous visits, but both our starters and mains arrived at the same time, we tried to enjoy as much of our meal(s) before they got cold, and what irritated me the most, Which gave me the indication that our waitress realistically didn't care 9that we were 'taking up one of her booths' was the fact that after recieving our starters and mains, the waitress did not at any point come over and ask us 'how is everything?' Or 'Is there anything I can get you', after 20 minutes I myself went to the bar and grabbed my girlfriend another Pepsi and the bartender seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered with a simple pop refill. All in all we are willing to endure going back aslong as everyone is treated equal regardless of tip percentage. In all honesty I start all restuarant experiences with the intention of giving our server a $20 tip regardless of our meal cost. If %20 is higher then the initial $20 minimum we are willing to compensate for exemplary service.
Thank you for your consideration and concerns. And hopefully we Recieve better service from the individual that couldn't be bothered with us attending that evening. read more
