The owner is the face of the business and is on site for help which is rare for other business models. During our initial interaction, he was very helpful in finding a unit that would fit both my furniture and my budget. An owner who isn't trying to get over!! Additionally, I enjoy the location since there is very little traffic, statistically resulting in a safer space although there is an access code needed to gain entry into the premises.
