Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. However, the communication from this business was amazing. They reached out to keep me updated and rescheduled a date that fit my schedule. They arrived on time in a professional setup van with everything they needed. They only requested access to a receptical for the vacuum. They were efficient and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle. The two person crew worked well together and had a full detail with light ceramic protectant (6 months estimate) done in just a couple hours. But it was done correctly. Only one time was due to weather. We gave up trying to schedule and requested a refund, which he agreed to provide since he couldn't fulfill his part of the deal. Several weeks after that, we still didn't receive a refund, and once he found out we submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, he sent me wildly unprofessional/threatening text. Based on other 1-star Google/Yelp reviews, we're not the first people he's done this to. I recommend taking your business to someone who will actually follow through on what they sell!
