I dropped by and was greeted by very friendly staff and an awesome little dog. I explained my needs and time constraints. They made some additional recommendations and gave a reasonable price, especially given how much work went into bringing my little roadster back to life. The result was jaw dropping, I couldn't help but leave a good tip, anything else would have been an insult to the customer service and professionalism I received. I honestly don't know if or when I'll come back to Aiken, but if I do I'll make a stop here to get my car put straight.

Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. However, the communication from this business was amazing. They reached out to keep me updated and rescheduled a date that fit my schedule. They arrived on time in a professional setup van with everything they needed. They only requested access to a receptical for the vacuum. They were efficient and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle. The two person crew worked well together and had a full detail with light ceramic protectant (6 months estimate) done in just a couple hours. But it was done correctly. I will definitely be working with them again, post pollen season, I'm sure. Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience and quality work at a fair price.

Only one time was due to weather. We gave up trying to schedule and requested a refund, which he agreed to provide since he couldn't fulfill his part of the deal. Several weeks after that, we still didn't receive a refund, and once he found out we submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, he sent me wildly unprofessional/threatening text. Based on other 1-star Google/Yelp reviews, we're not the first people he's done this to. I recommend taking your business to someone who will actually follow through on what they sell! Happy to take this review down if and only if a full refund is received.

From start to finish, he provided exceptional service. He communicated professionally, arrived on time, and even gave me a heads-up before showing up, which was much appreciated. What really stood out was the care he took with my truck. I inherited this truck after my father passed away, so it means a lot to me to keep it clean and looking nice. He did his best to make my dad's old truck look as good as new, and he really took his time with every detail. There was no rushing or cutting corners--he was thorough and thoughtful, treating the truck with the same care I would. There were no hidden costs or surprise fees either--what I was quoted was exactly what I paid. It's refreshing to deal with a business that's upfront and honest. I can't recommend Spotless Masters enough. If you're looking for a professional detailer who takes pride in his work and cares about your vehicle, this is your guy. I would recommend him 1000 percent and will definitely be a returning customer!
