The hood and windshield were the parts that needed to be replaced. I was told by the body shop that I would get a used hood but it would be painted. I was told the fenders would be painted to match the hood color. When I went to pick up the car neither fender was painted even though my bill showed that the work was done. I asked why they werent painted as I was told they would be and why the charges for painting them was on my bill. The cost was taken off the bill and I was told that it wasnt necessary to paint the fenders because the color matched the hoods color which was supposedly just painted. If the hood was just painted it didnt make sense that it would match 17 year old paint on the fenders. The hood was used and where there were dings you could see that touch up paint was used and the color did not match the hood color. The car is silver and there was a red spot on the hood. If the hood was freshly painted there shouldnt be a red dot or touch up paint used. It just proved to me that I was being billed for work not done. The car was taken back in to the shop for a long time to have the ding spots and the red spot buffed. I was not impressed by this because it did not change the fact that the hood didnt look freshly painted as I was billed for. I complained to my ins. co. who said they saw the before and after pictures sent to them from the body shop and were happy with the work. I guess the owner of the vehicle being unhappy with the work doesnt matter to either the body shop or the ins co. I informed my ins. co that I am never using that shop again and I will be looking for a new ins co.

First of all, the units are not sealed tight, allowing water, wind, bugs, and mildew to accumulate and ruin your items. Second of all the customer service is ATROCIOUS!!!! When I called and asked for them to get a copy of my contract sent to me (I am abroad), they refused and said I should have been happy they even answered the phone. Steve, the person of the storage unit also called me early one morning to yell at me and threaten to throw out all of my things if I didn't pay late fees (That I was never even told about). I was never updated about the status of my account previously, so I thought I had paid all of my fees on time. He demanded money from me, with not even allowing me to see my account statement to see what justified the fees. They just want your money and aren't even willing to tell you what you are paying for.
