I put out multiple estimate request through Yelp. I received 4 estimates. Jeremy responded promptly with the best estimate out of the bunch. He proposed 1) blowing leaves off the roof, 2) cleaning the gutters, 3) flushing downspouts with water and 4) clean up after job. This was exactly what I was looking for. They repainted my kitchen ceiling, pressure washed deck and walkways. They were on time (most all other contractors were late or no-shows) they protected every bit of my kitchen floors and cabinets from the overspray of paint and cleaned behind themselves completely. Our bathroom remodel turned into a nightmare and this was the last straw. Please do not be conned by this sweet talking, God fearing couple. They are not as experienced as they try and portray themselves to be. They offered to fix the flooring but wouldn't give us our money back to fix all of their MANY mistakes and to complete the bathroom remodel ourselves. All trust was broken to the point that I wouldn't even trust them to give me the heimlich maneuver if I was choking. I would be better off dislodging the object myself!
