I rented a Unit at this facility for almost 2 years during the pandemic .I had the worst experience…read moreever.The owner of the business was disrespectful and flat out rude.He overcharged me by 177.00 and I did not receive my cleaning deposit,although the unit was spotless.When I had the numbers in front of me to prove it.I was told why did you wait so long.I was initially told that a the 3rd party was responsible. I then called the 3rd in front of him,which said it was the facility who over charged me. He then told me it was nothing he could do,as he then slammed down the paper on the desk and slid it to me. If I could rate it any lower I would.I'm also going to report them to the BBB.
