They made sure not to beat up anything in the process and every request I made they listened and did exactly what I told them. College hunks in Howard County MD is terrible. They send 3 guys to pack a POD for me, which…read morealready has half of my belongings in, and they still took 3 hours, and did a horrible job. They put my coffee table at the bottom, put metal storage shelves on top, and loaded it with boxes. Of course, the legs buckled and they destroyed the table, but because it was "labor only," the franchise owner, Tim Perkins, denied the claim. If his idiot "hunks" had loaded the POD correctly, then NO damage should happen. But I will say the folks who unloaded the POD in Columbia, SC were great, but I can't get over being ripped off from damage they caused. And don't expect Corporate to get involved.

I'm currently TDY on the time of this review…read more But I want to express some frustration by the lack of communication here. I feel like I've been straight forward and respectful of their time. But some communication and transparency would go a long way. I messaged here on July 19th asking for a service for this week of July 27 and another on the week of august 10th. They replied saying "I can get that on my schedule now". Normally, they swing by around Tuesday. so I asked someone to go check, later in the evening, to see if the lawn gets done but it wasn't. No issue with that. Sent another follow up message on yelp asking them to message me when they're on the way. They replied saying Friday which I agreed would be fine. Saturday now rolls around and nothing. Frustration aside, I think what they do well, is that they were quick to respond when asking for a quote on yelp. As well as actually providing lawn care but this lack of communication/transparency is both frustrating and disappointing.
