I purchased a property in Tallahassee earlier this year and recently discovered a leak near the…read morewater meter. After researching online and asking around, I decided to give Mr. Rooter a call--and from that very first conversation, I knew I had made the right choice. Not only was the scope of our work more complex than usual, we ultimately ended up running a completely new service line. It was done timely and professionally. Bryan and Holly were incredibly professional, honest, and just downright good people. Because I don't live in Tallahassee full-time, finding a reliable contractor to complete work without me being physically present can be extremely difficult. However, they kept me informed from start to finish, providing clear communication, frequent updates, and plenty of photos and videos of the job. If you are looking for an honest, dependable plumber in the Tallahassee area, I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter enough!
