First of the year the bcm module went out so I have no head lights, it is not covered under warranty. Found a shop who will do it close to me since the only other "shop" is in bedford. They said they could help me with the cost but only if the cost is over $500. The shop quoted $460. Then got a message saying I owed a tax time $500 lump sum that I don't remember being told about or seeing. They say it was needed to add to my down payment but that's funny since all the signage says 500 down and I actually put 580 down. My ex husband also bought a car from the bedford location. First he found out there was washer fluid in the oil when the overheating started a few days after he bought it. The shop in bedford, that takes the warranty, said they fixed it but also charged him 600, when the warranty deductibleis only 125. We dropped the car off at 8pm and it was ready by 10am which is weird because he said he had to order the parts. When we got it home the next day it overheated again. Also said shop in bedford, which according to the warranty must be an actual shop not out of someone's home is in fact out of someone's home. We had another shop look at it and the head is cracked and nothing was ever done. Now the warranty won't cover it unless they put a new motor in it. So fighting for both cars to be fixed while making our payments on time.

If you can't read the BBB read the google reviews that should tell you enough. Their warranty is a scam I went through their warranty and the dealership still came back to me asking for $1200 "bumper to bumper" but theyll make aure your payments so high theres no way that impossible number will happen anyway. Not only all of that but I needed my life to get back together and had no money and no work history but I had decent credit. What'd they do they put me in something and charged me over MSRP at 109,000 miles. It's really disturbing to me the way they'll do someone who's down on their luck. Also even if you have like $4,000 left on a loan like that and miss one payment they'll repossess then take you to court and charge you some astronomical number. For reference I still have the car etc but I've talked to them about payments etc and they'll definitely make their money back taking the car back they just refuse to help. I also can't transfer it to someone else who's in a similar situation so they can get a half paid off one or anything they'll do anything to lock you down and get a new one

They offer a customer loyalty stamp card where you get every 6th oil change at half price. I wanted to leave a review after my visit there today, because of how the owner/operator (forget his name at the moment) treated two elderly customers while I waited. Both of them were relying on their new/modern cars electronics and just going by what the car dealer had told them. He patiently showed one gentleman the color of his oil when he was waiting as long as the car dealer told him to wait between oil changes (some crazy high # of miles), and recommended a change to his cycle. Later he came back to the elderly lady who was waiting and said she had brought the car in 1,000 miles too early and wondered if she might want to drive it a bit longer before having it changed. She agreed that she did, and he said he would still take care of the routine check and top off all of the fluids for free while she was there. This made me feel really good about choosing them as my go-to place. The only thing he has ever recommended I purchase beyond the standard service was when my air filter was crazy bad, and he showed it to me so that I could decide without being at all pushy.
