Second consideration: He had underbid the job at $200 and realized he'd be losing money on the haul away at the dump. He respectfully asked if we'd reconsider the price, but said that in no way was he trying to get out of doing it at the promised price. We did not mind paying $100 more since he was so cool about it, taking full responsibility for underestimating the amount of work and pounds of haul away from the BEFORE photos we sent. We were more than impressed at how they worked in the hot sun, doing a complete job. That truckload itself speaks volumes. We are sure now that there will be no little animals hiding in there to scare our dogs. The owner of the company is very personable and respectful. We would absolutely recommend C&C for the quality, price & service!

The proprietor, Ross, was very polite, professional and listened to what I needed done. He proceeded to ask me to ask the seller of the item to get information before he would arrive to pick it up which I would relay back to him so he could have it. He got the information he needed from me about the item he was picking up along with the sellers name, address & phone # so he could keep in contact with her if he was delayed in any way. She was given his information as well & told he was picking it up for me & transferring it. I had my daughter meet up with Ross & his crew at the sellers home so that my daughter could pay the seller & they could move my very heavy vintage solid oak curio cabinet. L&L Junk & Hauling Solutions arrived around the estimated time given because of traffic. Ross took a look at where I wanted my curio cabinet to go & saw that the pathways were all clear. They were extremely careful while moving this very heavy solid oak curio cabinet that has four lion style legs that it stands on. The curio cabinet got inside my home safely & undamaged, which is a big bonus win since this has four glass shelves inside that couldn't be removed for transport & the outside of the curio cabinet is rounded. So big time bonus points to them for using styrofoam & blankets in-between all the glass shelves so they didn't move around/fall & break during the hour & and a half trip up the hill from the sellers home. If you're looking for a Junk Removal Solutions company or need a piece of furniture moved like I did I would highly recommend L&L Junk & Hauling Solutions. I've compared others & have found that L&L Junk & Hauling to be competitive yet fair in pricing among other companies. They are friendly, respectful young men that do excellent work. Thanks so much for the awesome job.
