I have been having trouble with my HVAC system for over 2 yrs now. I have had over 4 different well known air companies look at it, but no one fixed the problem. Reed took care of it. My air went out on Friday night and someone came out that evening. They had to put in a new part and they fit me in...their very busy schedule as soon as they got the part in. They were concerned as I was... about the comfort of my 88 yr old father. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. A big thanks to tbe owner Wendy, and her daughter Carly for fitting me in the schedule. I deeply appreciate everything they did for us!!

They have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, punctual and offer very reasonable pricing. My AC system is not a straight forward system, so it took these guys a bit longer to figure out just exactly what the problem was. But they stuck with it, and didn't try to blow smoke up my butt with all kinds of technical terms and explanations. Once the issue was diagnosed, an estimate was provided very quickly, and we were given several different options, including financing. Overall, the best AC company we have ever dealt with. Would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Outstanding service. Very quick and efficient. Incredibly professional and personable all at once…read more Everyone from management to the technicians to the people calling me back communicated every step of the way with text messages, phone calls, and emails. Explained everything thoroughly and quickly solved air-conditioning problems in the attic. Best experience I've ever had with any air conditioning company. Period. I cannot recommend them enough. In three years, I have had to call them out maybe three times. Most recently in the heat of the summer to work in my attic other businesses should take note of how reliable, efficient, effective, professional, and accountable, everyone is at Dodd.

On BBB site it said Dodd's had been around since 1985 so I chose them. The tech came out and found the problem the first tech missed. (First tech just suggested I get my evaporator pulled and cleaned for a very high price.) It was a bad relay causing my heating element to come on when the AC was on. Topped off my Freon level and explained that, while my evaporator coils were dirty, they also leaked, so it wasn't worth cleaning a 10 year old unit. My AC works like normal again, but before he left I got a quote for an entirely new inside system. Fair price, I'm going to call them again soon to have it done. Highly recommend giving Dodd's a chance, see if you end up as pleased as I did with the service.

My AC unit went out on a Monday last week and that Tuesday morning at 8:00 am there was a crew at my house installing a complete AC unit with furnace.
