We contacted another potential resource that was more reasonable than the dealer, but did not have what we needed in stock and estimated it could take as much as 10 business days to get the part. We reached out to Bruce's Locksmith, and Bruce himself gave us an estimate that was extremely reasonable, especially for mobile service at my parents' home (a real plus for a host of reasons). He estimated it may take a couple of business days for the part to arrive but that he could take care of it for us once it arrived. The next day, he called and had the part, and within an hour was at my parents' cutting the key and programming the fob, which he completed in about half an hour.
