It's clear they genuinely care about their clients' best interests. My tax situation changed multiple times, and they consistently adapted without missing a beat. Every interaction felt personalized, thoughtful, and professional. I always walked away feeling confident that I was in good hands. Highly recommend Dimov Tax Services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and client-first tax team.

Instead, it turned into what felt like planning a small wedding. There's a $240 fee just to determine whether they even want to work with you. Not for actual tax work -- just for the privilege of finding out if you qualify for more meetings. Already we're off to a strange start. I called the office hoping to speak with an accountant. No accountant. Instead, I got a gatekeeper who immediately launched into an intake questionnaire that sounded long enough to qualify for continuing education credits. I'm sitting there thinking, "Are we filing taxes or applying for witness protection?" Then another staff member texts me asking me to confirm my phone number and email address -- information they already had, because they had just used both of them to contact me. Then finally comes the email inviting me to schedule a paid 30-minute appointment. If this is the process just to say hello, what happens when I actually need help during tax season? Do I have to solve riddles? Collect stamps? Get a note from a notary? I'm sure they work well for some people, but for me the entire experience felt unnecessarily complicated and oddly impersonal. Between the intake process and the hefty consult fee, I felt less like a customer and more like a job applicant.
