Do NOT trust this business with your taxes.
They promised that if all documents were submitted by February 27th, my taxes would be completed by April 15th. That did not happen. Despite multiple phone calls and emails to check on the status, I was repeatedly told they were "working on it." Then, just three days before the deadline, they sent an email on a Saturday--after I had clearly stated I would be working a 12-hour shift and not checking email--telling me I needed to file an extension.
In 40 years of filing taxes, I have never had to file an extension.
They also requested additional documentation that, after confirming with my retired accountant, was unnecessary because we did not qualify based on income. It took significant time and effort to gather this information, which ultimately wasn't even needed.
On top of that, they lost several documents I had already submitted and required me to resend them.
Finally, when I followed up persistently--because I needed my taxes completed before an upcoming trip--and expressed frustration with the situation, they labeled me as "hostile" and refused to complete my taxes.
This experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating. read more
