They've been a DMV staple for years and have built a solid reputation in the community. They've since moved into a much larger space, but they're still in Laurel and in the same shopping center. The staff was pleasant and I placed my order: a crab dip stuffed Baltimore biscuit, a breakfast biscuit (consisting of egg, bacon on a cheddar biscuit), and blueberry Passionfruit and summer peach lemonades. My order was ready in no time. First the breakfast biscuit. The bacon and egg were perfectly cooked and sandwiched between a homemade cheddar biscuit, which was perfectly baked. This sandwich was really good. Now the crab dip stuffed Baltimore biscuit was another matter. The biscuit was nice a brown, but when I went in to cut, the inside was underbaked, dare I say raw. I was a little disappointed. There was a smear of crab dip inside, but not nearly enough to justify the price. I had to place it back in oven to bake enough for me to enjoy. Full disclosure, I did get a response from the owners who were very apologetic in what I received and offered to make it right with another one on the house on my next visit! I really love that they have mini cupcakes because I can try more flavors and not have to workout as long to burn off all the calories. I also purchased the peanut butter cookie which comes in a 3-pack for my hubby. He enjoyed them. I tried one and the flavor was good and it was partially soft and partially crunchy.
