I've never seen her ask for milk with cupcakes, let alone take a sip after every bite. That's when it hit me -- maybe the mistake was trusting the pre-order to be fresh. They've been a DMV staple for years and have built a solid reputation in the community. They've since moved into a much larger space, but they're still in Laurel and in the same shopping center. The new location is bright, clean, and has plenty of room to browse their cakes and baking supplies. The cake and cupcakes were fresh, moist, and exactly what I expected. Their designs are always top-tier, and more importantly, they taste just as good. The staff was friendly, and my order was ready on time.
