I would give lower marks for the service, in particular the manager who repeatedly asked if we were having something to eat when we ordered hot drinks to start. (We sat at outside tables yesterday). I mean as a native New Yorker I get it, drinks- only orders mean less money but the way he asked a couple of times was off-putting. Also my friend's chair had to be placed right at a certain angle on the pavement so the establishment "wouldn't get in trouble," which left me a bit skeptical. Anyway the chai lattes (made from powder) are DELICIOUS (but admittingly pricey at £3.70). But they are sweet, spicy and creamy (even my skinny chai). My husband got the French toast and whilst it looked lovely he and I agreed it was tasty but not phenomenal. But I thought the price for it and my courgette and corn fritters was fair- actually lower than what I find for brunch at a lot of other places. Here the items are mostly under £12. My two fritters with the avo and poached egg were delicious: lightly fried and chock full of corn and veg bits. The presentation left much to desire though as it looked like a random lemon wedge was just thrown on the plate along with a random sprig of green. Other parts of the service also suffered as my husband finally got up and got his own brown sugar from another table after asking our waiter twice.

Super cute little cafe. Really good food, while studying abroad me and my friends went like once a week!

Wonderful food. Farm fresh eggs. Delicious porridge. Great service! We will be back, soon!

Avocado toast, açaí bowl, summer porridge, latte & hot chocolate. All amazing.

What can I say about this place other than it's pure perfection? I walked by this place at around 12AM and longingly looked into the window lined with mint green coffee mugs and knew I had to come back the following day for breakfast. I couldn't have picked a better place to go for my last few hours in London. First of all, this cafe is set in such a beautiful hustling & bustling neighborhood with outdoor seating (which I didn't see much of in London). It was crowded for Sunday brunch, but my sister & I managed to snag seats outside on a lovely drizzly warm day. We were attended to promptly and the menu was FULL of amazing choices. We decided to order a few things. I always have to get avocado toast wherever it's offered, so I ordered it with a poached egg and wow...it was absolutely amazing. Seasoned perfectly, perfect poached egg - it was savory and beautifully presented and accented with a few green grapes which was so different, yet paired wonderfully. We also ordered the açaí bowl and it was the best one I've ever had! SO vibrant and beautiful, flavorful and fresh. It was so refreshing and gave us a jolt of energy the moment my sister and I had a spoonful. Lastly, we had the summer porridge...omg, so comforting and warm - like an unbaked chocolate chip cookie. I will be trying to recreate this, it was absolutely delicious. My latte was also incredible, not too milky, robust coffee flavor, reminiscent of my favorite coffee shop at home. My sister also enjoyed her hot chocolate. Everything here was presented so beautifully, service was kind, funny, welcoming and very quick. Can't recommend this place enough.

Was a terrible smell of fried seafood inside, especially in the basement. Didn't even stay.

Being new to some over sea flavors, I decided to go with a egg, meat, and goat cheese quiche. It was the BOMBDIGGITY!!! I asked the lovely young lady behind the counter, what would she recommend. I explained that I have never had goat cheese, and there was another one that had Feta cheese, which I am very familiar with. She said I would not be disappointed with goat cheese... so why not? I'm open to exploring different cuisines and tastes of life... and wow! It was unreal with the savory explosion of the onions and special sausage that they used, with a center topping of melted creamy goat cheese. It paired very well with my coffee in the morning, as we waited for our rented double decker bus to take us on a five hour tour of the magnificent city of London. We toured the city with fellow Seahawk fans and the breakfast was just what we needed to give us energy to scream our heads off, and lose our voices! My wife had ordered the toasted Rueben sandwich, which was a perfect medley of meat and cheese, and sauce. Many thanks to this hidden gem. Heads up, it was cash only. Please take the time to give this place a chance... you won't be disappointed! Cheers and Happy Eating!

I loved the decor and atmosphere. Food: My friend and I both ordered the traditional English breakfast. I had mine with vegan sausage. The breakfast was exactly what I expected and was pretty good. I was excited they had a vegan sausage option instead of leaving the sausage off like other places. Service: Our service was quick and friendly. We were able to order promptly and our food came out in an expected amount of time. There is a bit of a time limit for stays because they are so busy, but we didn't feel rushed at all. TL;DR - Lovely place for an English breakfast

It was nice to have some vegetables and it was enjoyable. The vanilla scone came in warm and enough clotted cream and jam. The pot of tea was plenty for 2 people. The quality of tea is nothing special just a traditional British breakfast tea. The service was fast and friendly. The interior was decorated that really feels traditionally British, it was a nice touch to the overall experience. Cute tea cups were used as well.
