Absolutely the most egregious example of what is wrong with attorneys and their methods in my…read moreopinion! Incredibly friendly on the front side...the receptionist I spoke with was very kind...but that's not what we experienced at all as we got deeper. Didn't even have to speak to the attorney to see the sickness in their culture represented by the rude, condescending and nasty woman who refers to herself as their "assistant". I am well-experienced with law firms and utilize two for my business responsibilities quite often... THIS operation feels like a total money mill...no regard was given to the welfare and wellbeing of the client. ALL focus was entirely upon whether or not SHE felt I would bow and submit to her unreasonable requests. When she was asked to consider a more reasonable next step- the facade of warmth and professionalism melted right off and the ugliness and insecurity inside was revealed, as rather than respond reasonably-(even with a no), she became condescending and insulting and said because I didn't want to take another half hour and repeat every detail I'd already given prior to one small thing I wanted to know . She was simply asked if they would determine whether or not a conflict of interest might exist between their practice and the party I have issue with. A VERY REASONABLE request. Something that, in a well managed practice, should be simple to check on their operating system. (Computer) But apparently her fragile ego was unable to recognize she was speaking to someone with extensive experience in navigating business and legal matters...and she NEEDED to attack and have the last word. Ok-come on here and try that out in the light, dear! She is most-likely costing those partners a lot more than this case. It's standard practice to employ a well-trained gatekeeper. Some utilize a manager type-some have a paralegal. It's necessary or the attorney would never be able to get off the intake calls and bill time. However-there's a tremendous difference in placing a filter who improves your brand perception during the contact...or choosing to place an angry steel BEAR trap with a hair trigger and rusty springs there-only allowing through people who have more time than responsibilities and enough patience to be treated as an inconvenience at best. It is quite possible to steer process and control the gate without all the insecurity and total lack of emotional intelligence being employed. Not only have you lost a great potential client, but as a professional-I shudder to think of all the unseen damage this is doing to your organization and to the innocent people who come to seek representation and are instead met with such a person. I was not very kind to her after that nonsense and for that I feel badly. I just cannot imagine how it's a good idea to allow someone so chaotic to control your opportunities. I also want to protect anyone and everyone I possibly CAN from experiencing that or worse should they be inclined to seek help here. In my experience, this kind of incident is reflective of a much more deeply rooted problem and that typically starts higher up...but that's just one man's opinion. Choose wisely who you entrust...always look to see who is behind the "mask".

When I came into this office, I was stressed beyond belief and had no idea what I was getting into. Ryan not only listened to my case and answered any questions, but he went above and beyond to make me feel at ease with the entire legal situation every step of the way. I left each meeting feeling more confident in his handling of my case and with a greater understanding of the legal process I was to endure. From identifying specialists and regularly checking on my status, he worked to make sure he had the most thorough file related to my case and had covered every base. He truly cared about my wellbeing, treating me as a person instead of simply "a case". He was able to work around my busy schedule to meet and would keep me updated with any changes. With the progression of my case, he and Gary made sure I was prepared every step of the way. I simply cannot say enough about the work Ryan had done and cannot imagine how my situation would have been without anyone else. He was the support and help I needed during the most difficult time of my life. I feel truly blessed that he was the one handling my case and could not have asked for a better experience. If you want to feel heard, be supported, and have a trustworthy lawyer who will be real with you, I cannot recommend Ryan Biggerstaff enough!

Nearly two years ago, Ms. Carlie Hager, swerved her Toyota Landcruiser into my lane travel and…read moreimpacted my vehicle head on with only a hundred yards to go. As you can imagine, bones were shattered and snapped out of my forearm, requiring multiple surgeries, and my head had the scalp split wide open as blood poured out. My ribs were bruised and fractured and I had several surgeries implanting plates and screws onto my bones, put on long-term narcotic pain management, went flat broke, couldn't even pass testing to resume work as a Pipefitter Welder. Contracted with Hughes & Coleman PLLC, and their attorney wouldn't file a complaint for the hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage this drunken driver -- who didn't even get a ticket -- inflicted upin me. Instead, their attorney settled with my UIM and created an estopple to further litigation, but they didn't stop there, they contracted with an outside attorney to file a stale Complaint. Even Judge Ward commented on the malpractice. I have since had to file a civil legal malpractice complaint, which they did not answer, and have contracted with some other outside attorney to motion for an expansion of time after the 20-day deadline for answering had passed. My advice would be to retain a malpractice attorney before seeking their personal injury services. Oh, the hospital bill was over $120k. So far not one dime! Sincerely, Jesse Lewis. Ruined! I'm really sorry that the millionaire Hager's parents were murdered, but she didn't need to take it out on me.
