I decided not to fight for child support, and agreed to split time with my ex 50/50, but Joe made it very clear that my request for support had legal merit, and he was willing to fight for it in court. A part of me wishes I could have seen him in action because he has a brilliant mind and is very personable. I know he would have been great in court. It's rare to find an affordable attorney, with legal intelligence who is well respected and easy to understand. The one time I called the office I left a message, and Joe returned my call within fifteen minutes. I prefer email, and he responded very quickly.
