While she later came in and apologized that had happened, I still find it incredibly rude and unprofessional that she left me waiting there and was screaming on the phone within earshot. She also proceeded to do a poor job with the threading. I told her I just wanted a bit of clean up around the eyebrows and she took way. Too. Much. Hair. Off. I stopped her at some point because I had a feeling she was taking off too much. I grabbed the mirror and almost gasped! I had this huge gap in my eyebrows. She then told me to put down the mirror and to not look anymore (huge red flag!) and said she would fix it. She began taking even MORE hair off!
