Shaving to shape and the occasional pluck to keep them under control. After losing lashes and brows I have been terrified of them getting messed up at 57 idk if they will grow back again. Marcella did an amazing job the shape is incredible. She took her time and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My brows grew back about 40% white so she did a henna tint to make them more noticeable. The color is great. Even my husband (who was as nervous as I was) loves the look. They are very natural and even one the first day are something I can go out in public with. Her shop is hard to find but well worth it. She is very accommodating on locating her shop. Give Marcella a try, I can bet you will not be disappointed. I will make a refresh appointment again just before my trip next month.

I am thankful that a friend of mine has referred me. Up until I got my eyebrows micro-bladed in March of this year, I refused to go anywhere other than MY $25 eyebrow lady (#trustissues). With my micro-blading as a safety net, I gave this a go and immediately felt silly that I had been missing out on GREAT $8 eyebrow threading for so long. I quickly ventured to under arm and Brazilian waxes with Naheed. I'd like to say my pitties are on fleek (among other things). She takes her time to ensure that you are waxed and threaded to perfection. She operates from a room in her easy to find house, which is totally fine with me - especially since she is so close by. I've brought my best friend and my mom along for her services. Just as I suspected, they love her just as much as I do. When getting waxed, my recommendation is to request the hard wax (blue wax). It's slightly extra for bikini / Brazilian to use the blue wax, but very much worth it. I truly look forward to every time I get to see Naheed. Naheed is simply amazing and always works with me on the time. I usually text her the day of and she makes the time for me. I show up, don't be shocked if her kids open the door for you. She might be with another person, but the wait is never long. She does work out of her house and there's a specific room for her work. It's always clean and she uses new thread for each person. Her scissors are fine there's nothing wrong with her sanitation and it's way better than nail salons and hole in the wall Chinese restaurants I've seen. She's quick and knows exactly how you want your brows. She's the only person that I trust to thread my brows and she knows the definition of keeping them nice and thick. She always double checks her work with you to ensure that they are even! I love her and just know that these reviews don't lie. She never asks for help reviews, but she definitely deserves the stars.
