The issue came into play with my second 18 - 20 month touch up I initially had to move my appointment out due to multiple deaths in the family & testing positive for covid and relayed that to her she allowed me to push it out then come to our rescheduled date she texted me that morning about having a migraine and needing to reschedule which obviously I was okay with being that I also had to do the same and then when I tried to contact her to reschedule she never responded to my DMs, texts, or emails. Ultimately I ended up losing my deposit because she never responded I have to this day still not gotten them touched up which my initial appointments were 2021 and my second touch up was 2022. It was the one following touch up that that I was never able to reschedule. I will say even with the disappointing customer service it's 2025 and I have not had them touched up since 2022 and they still look great minimal fading etc every time I get them waxed or my eyelashes done I get compliments still.

They showed up after the first treatment and got worse. I thought it was healing but nope, it's permanent damage. You can see a clear visible line by my hairline where they treated my skin and where they didn't. Where they didn't looks good, where they did looks real bad. I have received the exact same treatment from another medspa before and it corrected many issues and smoothed my skin, taking 5-7 years off my face. I was excited to do this again after 8 years to refresh my face. Now my face has aged by 15 years. Unfortunately after going to this place my skin is worse than before. I really wanted to like the place, they were really nice, they seemed knowledgeable but my skin looks so bad now. I wear sunscreen and use parasol to hide from the sun, but it's so sensitive that I never step foot in it or it gets very blotchy. And because of it, I have more acne looking pimples than I ever had a an adolescent. I see a dermatologist on a regular basis; trying creams and lotions and soaps, and finally the Dr and I landed on an antibiotic. I've been swallowing this antibiotic for nearly 10 years now. And if I miss even one stinking pill I break out and turn red for weeks. But... after only two sessions with Kim, I have not taken the antibiotic in nearly a week and I look normal! Absolutely Normal. No more creams, lotions, soaps or pills for this lady. I recommend this treatment for anybody who is fighting that terribly embarrassing red-face of Rosacea.
