The tech, who I'm assuming is the owner or at least the manager was very nice and did a fantastic job. Fast forward to 3 days later and 5 nails have cracks in the tips. I called and let the person who answered know. She asked when I wanted to come in to fix them? She didn't sound surprised, she wasn't apologetic, nothing. I wasn't extra hard on my nails I did normal every day stuff I do. Because Gel X is a softer tip I can understand if a tip was too narrow for my nail bed and it cracked from that but 5 nails?! I told her I would be there first thing in the morning when they opened. I got to the salon when it opened. The man was very nice and did a great job replacing the 5 nails. About 30 minutes later the lady who originally did my nails came in. After the man was done she asked him a question about my nails. Even though it wasn't in English I knew because he shook his hair and pointed to the top of his nail. He repeated himself a couple times and kept pointing to his finger so I can only assume he was reiterating that my nails were cracked. The station I was told to sit at when I had to go back was dirty from the day before. Clipped tips were all over the floor, the towel from the day before was on the station with clippings and acrylic drops. The tools from both visits were not clean and rusty. The nail brushes to wash your nails were all first and has that reddish algae that builds up at the base. I gave 2 stars because the man to redid my nails was very nice! I will definitely not be going back to that salon.

Sometimes we listen to music and sometimes we listen to true crime. Every time my lashes come out amazing. I even stopped saying what I wanted and just give her the artistic freedom. I always get compliments. Her space is always clean and her tools are impeccable. I've never been hurt by anything. In fact, I told her my eyes get really red really easily and she put down a gel that has prevented it every time. She always asks if anything is poking before you start and has the comfiest table to be on. I've done color lashes, brown volume sets, and whimsical lashes we are transitioning now to black lashes to do a wet look. Seri always sets my expectations and translations my lashes so pretty between the colors we want. 10/10 would recommend
