Up until recently, 2 weeks ago I got my eyebrows done & she nicked me below my eyebrow with the scissors, I didn't see it when she held up the mirror (this was after she wiped my brows with the toner). I only saw it bleeding when I went in the car. Cool. I tried again with them just today, I wanted to give them another chance since I never had an issue. Now, the woman who did my brows- I wanna say she's new- I've never seen her but for this post I'll reference her as D. So she was nice & did my eyebrows fairly quick cool, she didn't bring me the mirror when I was finished, it was whatever. When I left & checked the mirror in the car. You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.

She paid a lot of attention to making sure my brows looked the best they could. I have less dense eyebrow hairs but thicker brows surface area wise, so when I ask for a natural look and "cleaned up" it typically ends up thin, but she made sure that every step of the way I felt comfortable with the shape and thickness.
