Can I just say how CUTE this place is on the inside and outside? I loved it! Parking has parking meters and after 4pm it's free. Who ever is the decorator hit it on the head! Unprofessional workers. The girl that threaded my brows had no idea what she was doing, was gossiping and texting while I was in a very uncomfortable chair waiting to get my brows threaded. PLEASE dont go here, find yourself a business with actual customer service skills. Soo here we go, a year ago i got my eyebrows microbladed by Jen, lets begin with her FIRST mistake, we agreed on the Waxahachie location, so once it came to the day of the appointment i drove down 35 mins and arrived to a locked door and lights off, i texted and called Jen but didnt get an answer until 30 mins later, Jen then says she never said Waxahachie that she said the Dallas location and that i need to drive there asap, so another hour drive up north and when i get there she wasn't even there, i waited about another 20 mins , she had me fill out a sheet describing how i wanted my brows while she sat in the back room chatting with marissa. Which according to her website it said it included a 30 minute consult talking about shape and color, which clearly didnt happen, so AFTER they healed completely about two months later i left a review on Jens page, 4/5 stars great rating but i was honest about my results, my eyebrows didnt match each other at all, two completely different shapes, thicknesses and lengths, we had agreed on a really dark brown and she pulled some colors out in front of us to "mix" but didnt mix anything, she only used brown and my hair color is black, like reallly black, Not only that but the hair strokes and color didnt stick very well which i also texted her about as they healed. She did text me after the review, saying I approved the shape and I approved the color and she just kept blaming me even tho WE discussed mixing colors and SHE did the work. My girlfriend sat next to me the whole time during the microblading process and can verify it was all Jen in the wrong. Jen outlined the brows and they were perfect but her microblading on brows is always different from the left compared to the right, if you look at her other clients, you can tell the brows are different, and youll notice she always posts them in weird angles or upside down. Her right side brow is always arched and her left brow is always rounded. Ive actually been filling them in with pomade ever since they healed. So NOW fast forward to last week, i texted her about scheduling a yearly touch up. NO response at all, i even had other people text and ask about prices and she responds to them but not me, shes posting on social media but wont bother responding to my text, i went to instagram and i saw she deleted my photo from a year ago and she also deleted my review . She obviously cant handle criticism even tho i was trusting her enough to go back again. Ive also noticed they have almost perfect ratings, i work in retail and know how EASY it is to remove unwanted reviews (she obviously does this since my review is now gone), i dont know how anyone can run a business this way, the few bad reviews i have found are people with my exact issue ! Dont give "Brow bar lux" any type of businees. There are way better places in dallas and trust me i will be giving someone else my hard earned money than to someone who thinks its a quick buck to make while ruining peoples FACES. They are ruininggg peoples hopes, im very self conscious and im sure others are too about their eyebrows. This place doesn't deserve to be in business. read more

The place is very cute, but I had some issues, especially with the work done to my brows, pricing and professionalism. I wanted ombre/microblading where my brows looked like a mix of filled in the back and more hairlike strokes in the front. You should always do research before doing ANYTHING to your body, so I knew beforehand that this was a two step procedure. You get them done the first time, wait for them to heal for about two weeks, and then have them finish by touching up the final touches the second time you go. I looked at their prices, and I saw that the procedure that I wanted cost $550. I also read that it can last up to five years and there will be a full consultation about your preferences such as shape, color, etc. Well, I was wrong about everything! First, the workers seemed very nice but immature. They had music blasting that was filled with profanity throughout the entire place. Good thing that I did not have to bring my son with me! The two employees were nonstop gossiping about who knows who and constantly cursing. When it came time to do my brows, Marisa, did not ask me ONE SINGLE QUESTION about anything that I preferred, nor did she tell me was she planned to do!!!! She just started micro blading on my brows!!! I was horrified that we did not talk about size, shape, color or ANYTHING. I finally spoke up and mentioned to her that I liked hairlike strokes in the front and not to make them too thick. I had no idea what color they were or anything as she was doing it. After she was done, I saw that one was slightly thinner than the other, but I knew I had a second appointment coming up, and thought that she would fix it then. I booked my touch up appointment and left somewhat satisfied with the results so far. Then, the day before my appointment, I get a call to remind me of my appointment the following day and also the cost of the service would be $150!?!? I thought I already paid for full service when paid $550 the first visit which is what their website states as the price. Why would I have to pay an additional $150 for a service that was not fully finished in the first place?? Why am I paying AGAIN for the same procedure I already paid for once!? I explained the situation ave thought it was very misleading to say the procedure cost $550 when in reality it cost $700. They agreed to not have me pay the additional $150 which was nice. I went back, got them done, and on the spot noticed again that one brow was visibly thinner than the other. I couldn't believe that the professional did not notice herself. Cut to now, six months later, I have to fill in my brows daily again because one IS a lot thinner than the other. I was not crazy. Everyone noticed. About half of my brows are left because the other half already faded leaving me with missing spots and extremely faded brows They look horrible after only six months, and I have to spend time doing them everyday which is what I wanted to avoid by getting them done in the first place, but no!!!! read more

The numbing cream that they use is bomb.com- you can't feel anything at all. They make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your brows. I went Brentney with my mom and she messed my lips up and ended up with lumps and messaged her and she said she would fix it and went in to get them fixed she the she ended up injecting enzymes into my moms lip without numbing or mixing it with lidocaine she just injected it after she wiped he lips with alcohol.
