I sent a photo & written instructions ahead per their request, said what I wanted/didn't want repeatedly in person, and she still did the opposite of what I asked for. I went back for correction and once again the same thing happened. I'm gutted. I now have hair that is cut far too short including the bangs that were cut in a way that left them unintegrated from the rest of the hair -they look like a shelf. When I went in for the "correction" they cut even more of my hair away and now it is worse. I'm truly embarrassed to have my hair look this way. Also, be aware that they require a credit card hold for your appointment. Your card will be charged if you cancel without a 48 hour notice. You are also required to sign electronically that you will not receive a refund if you are unhappy with the work they do- they will offer a correction only.

I looked and felt crusty/gross with all the residue this girl left. I asked her to wipe it off; she dabbed at my eye for a second which did nothing. I ended up having to go to the mirror to fix myself. Never has a technician left residue like that. It looked terrible with the residual tint above my lash line so I ended up using makeup remover at home - not like my lashes were curled anyway! I was so excited for my mom to have her first experience but her lashes don't even look tinted. I'm appalled. I should have checked these reviews before letting my mom schedule here because I would have never gone if I'd known. Q and Chanel have made sure I have been comfortable and pleased with my service everytime. Yes it hurts, you're getting hair ripped out but the girls are super international and are efficient and effective. Typically 15 ish mins start to finish. The pain only last the 2-3 seconds for each strip. On the more sensitive strips they will make sure I am breathing with the strips so it feels better. Highly recommend!

I'd like to add another comment about Sarah. She noticed a spot in my face a few months ago and suggested I get it checked by a Dermatologist. The spot in my face was not anything to be concerned about, however after screening my entire body by the Dermatologist, they found a Malignant Melanoma on my leg. It was removed and the pathology report came back clear after it was removed. If it hadn't been for Sarah, I wouldn't have found this and the end result may have been very different! Sara has years of coloring experience and she is very creative at placing color in the hair. She's a stylist and color artist! Salon Lofts is a cool place to go. Each stylist operates their own loft. The building is super clean and they are doing an excellent job of following COVID safety protocols. In addition to stylists and colorists their are also a couple of manicurists who also have their own lofts. Smile Direct also has a spot there too. Tip for finding this particular Salon Lofts--it's the one beside Whole Foods, not the one in Montrose. I highly recommend Sara! She's very professional and has a gift for coloring hair and styling it. Sara is also super nice and can do very unique styles.
