There were a lot of staff on hand to help us all get ready, and they were so sweet! The decor in the salon is gorgeous, it's very white and clean. They have large windows letting in a lot of natural light, which is wonderful. It doesn't have that dark, cavelike atmosphere that some small salons with no windows have. The salon has a clean and spacious bathroom, a keurig fully stocked with good coffee and fixings, and the stylists were so helpful. They have Kevin Murphy and Moroccan Oil products to offer (love Moroccan oil's argan oil)! They have glo-minerals makeup, which I'm not a fan of, but the ladies that were doing makeup for the bridesmaids and bride were using a large range of professional makeup brands (urban decay, MAC, etc.) Kate did my hair and she did a wonderful job! She did a great job making my fine, straight hair look beautiful and voluminous in the up do that I chose. I showed her a Pinterest picture and she did a great job recreating what I wanted. Renee did a great job with my makeup, I love that she started by asking how I did my makeup every day. When I asked her for extra coverage for my rosacea she did an awesome job making sure that my makeup was on lockdown. The ladies that were doing hair were so friendly and efficient, finishing ahead of schedule in most cases, and doing an excellent job! Renee did such a great job of making the bride feel special, and kept the energy in the room high (even through a three hour beauty session)! I would highly recommend this salon for wedding parties!

Although it is a corporate system, there will always be people, who by their key nature will be aesthetically artistic, talented, healers of a sort. The stylists were so compassionate & dedicated to creating results even with the breakage I've had. The salon itself feels very high-end & cozy. They offer complimentary drinks & shoulder massages. The scalp massage I got was amazing. Highly recommended if you're looking for a slightly more budget-friendly , yet still high-end experience.

Melted my hair off! Offered no refunds or treatment plans! Beware…read more Horrible experience. I needed just the top of my head done and the stylist bleached all of my hair. I trusted her because I had never been to a salon before so I didn't question why she wanted to bleach it all. The top of my head was yellow and the bottom was platinum. I left with the top of my head platinum and the bottom yellow. I've lost 30% of my hair. The back of my head is gummy and other spots are crunchy. If you pull my strands they stretch. *The stylist only talked about herself the entire time. Bad mouthed clients and gossiped. Also mentioned she was related to the owner so I doubt this will be remedied. *Extremely messy and uncomfortable booths. Bleach on my shirt which transferred to my winter coat. When I walked out of here there was still bleach on the back of my lower hair line into my neck. *After bleaching my hair was rinsed with super hot water and blow dried with highest heat setting. *Get this. She didn't even tell me how bad it was. She combed through every strand of my hair in order to dry it (cause my hair will no longer dry naturally due to the damage) The booth was a complete mess. Stuff everywhere. But she made sure to spin me around and put the comb and all my hair that fell out in a drawer. She was hiding it. Didn't tell me about the hair loss. *So then I get a moisturizing treatment with Moroccan oil. Not an actual after bleach treatment with protein or keratin. $20 for some drugstore Moroccan oil. *My hair cut was very rushed and not what I wanted. She repeated several times she had another client waiting. This was a disaster. It was such an easy job as well. The stylist seemed very amateur. This was my first time ever in my life going to a 'professional' for a color. I'm devastated. I'm having to get protein and keratin treatments. Luckily another salon is helping me out and will be doing my touch ups from now on. I'm out $200 plus another $100 trying to fix my hair. There is no fixing though. Have to wait for new growth. Like I said major hair loss.

We…read morehave been married for 16 years and when we need something we simply buy it, so I like to give him surprise events and adventures (we actually call them birthday week adventures) that he can remember. This year his birthday adventure was a day at the spa. He has had a normal massage from a professional at the Healing Arts Center before, but he has never had a manicure, pedicure and facial. I wanted the whole package. I called an entire month in advance only to find out Willow Day Spa was booked. They were able to fit him in for a massage and manicure and pedicure, but they could not fit a facial in - I made the appointment. The price was around $200 for a 90 minute massage and a manicure and pedicure. I have absolutely no idea if this is a good deal or not. I'm just passing along information. I called the day before and confirmed the appointment because I had not received a confirmation call. I also asked if they had any cancellations for a facial and was told there was still no room on their calendar. The next morning I sent Mr. MVP off in the car with an address and wished him luck. He really enjoyed his morning. He said the staff was very nice and professional. The building was lovely and very clean. Mr. MVP is agreeable with everyone, but he was really impressed with all of the people he met and actually suggested that we go back for a day in the future for him and I. He then told me that the staff said they had room for a facial if he could stay until 2:00 p.m. This made me a little angry. I did not say anything to him because it was his birthday adventure, but I was told three times there was absolutely no way a facial could be worked in to the schedule. Ugh. Mr. MVP had a nice morning and it was a mostly simple scheduling process and I could make the payment over the phone. Willow Spa does have packages available, but I would recommend calling way in advance. I obviously did not give enough advance time on the calendar. **As a note for those of you who go and do get a massage and are smell sensitive. Mr. MVP came home and had the strongest scent of whichever oil Willow Day Spa uses. Even after he took a shower it was STILL there. The oil just hung around and would not leave. We have an almost scent free house because of my severe allergies and this smell was so strong it took over our entire house. After one more shower and changing the sheets the smell is finally gone.
