I got a referral to see him and from the very first appointment, I felt taken seriously, listened to, and supported during one of the scariest moments of my life. The surgery to remove my cancerous testicle was handled with absolute professionalism and skill. His team coordinated with me for all the pre op stuff. I felt scared but confident going into the procedure, and my recovery went exactly as I was told it would. Every question I had was answered, no matter how small, and I never once felt rushed or dismissed. I will never use this medical office again based on the lack of care from the office staff. It should not take 3 weeks to cancel/reschedule an appointment because I had serious surgery scheduled on the same day, nobody answers the phone. They will have an "operator" answer and they will always mark the message as "urgent" only for them to never reply, and when they do it's a week later in one ring and they don't leave a voicemail like it's their prank. You have to wonder what they're doing in the office to never answer the phone or return the calls that the operator leaves for them. I also had a telehealth appointment and it went straight to voicemail for the doctor to say to call back. Nobody would connect me to the doctor. I had to wait days to hear about my results, and even then the Dr didn't even send them to my orthopedic even though he said he was "sending it now". Now I need to go to the lab to get my results because NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE IN THESE DOCTORS OFFICES. I was also prescribed a medication that another Dr here made it seem like it was harmless for bladder issues, only to find out on my own it can cause severe vision loss and. permanent blindness. I got better advice from my PCP and the problem was solved. The office staff needs to seriously be investigated as it appears they never do their jobs and leave sick people out in the cold. It's unfair to leave clients to be frustrated at the operators because the office staff in the doctor's offices here refuse to do their due diligence. People can die from this negligence.

They say they are "running behind" again. It's interesting to notice that they have a sign in the waiting room that they can reschedule u if u r more than 15 minutes late. I guess that rule only applies one way. Very frustrating place to deal with. I wish I could find another office but this is a worker's comp case so I am stuck.

The check-in process took about 15-20 minutes, and I was being treated by a doctor within about 30 minutes. The staff was professional, caring, and efficient. I received IV fluids, steroids, antibiotics, and other medications, and in less than an hour I already felt about 60-70% better. Now, about 18 hours later and after taking just one dose of my prescribed medications, I'm almost completely back to normal. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received and for the amazing team that knew exactly how to treat me. Hopefully I won't need to come back anytime soon, but if I ever do, I'll feel confident knowing I'm in good hands. Thank you, Kaiser Permanente!

During our visit, no doctor ever came in to speak with me--only a nurse. No testing was done at all. They simply checked her blood pressure and heart rate, assumed it was constipation based on my concern, and sent us home with a laxative. Two days later, I took her to her pediatrician, where they immediately did a simple throat swab and diagnosed her with Strep throat. This is something that could have and should have been caught during our hospital visit. It is incredibly frustrating and upsetting to feel like my child's symptoms were dismissed and not properly evaluated. When it comes to young children--especially those who cannot clearly communicate their symptoms--more thorough care and attention is critical. I would not recommend this hospital based on our experience.
