It was well priced and had long paved pull through sites with full hook ups. There are pecan trees and a bit of grass between the sites. There are no picnic tables or fire pits which didn't bother us much. There are showers and laundry machines which we did not utilize. There is a wonderful and peaceful park right there that has a playground, a field, and walkway. It was a nice and quiet area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this place in mind if ever we are in the are again.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and a very rustic feel the owners have done a great job on the place. Gary and Paula, the managers, did a great job of making us feel at home. There isn't much around. We brought dinner with us (micro wave in room) and enjoyed dinner with a view after a nice swim in the pool. It is 100% bait and switch- and NOT for families. The rules seemed strict, but there is crap everywhere in front of sites and it is a literal dump! There is a mound of mattresses piled up in the driveway. The site we paid for- we couldn't even reach with our electric, without hitting a tree. We left. Without a refund. We were in town for a softball tournament and thankfully found a place that was at least clean.
