SportOptics.com not only understands how important it is to HAVE IN-STOCK the right high end…read moreequipment, yet also HIGH END CUSTOMER SUPPORT to go with it. Not only did they have the scope I was looking for,THEY HAVE ALMOST EVERYTHING FOR ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR ANY KIND OF OPTICS!! I originally dealt with Jay. Even though he was leaving to get married the next day, when I called right before closing,it was very clear the CUSTOMER CAME FIRST. I needed a new NIGHTFORCE NXS scope for hi-power rifle competition and needed it fast. I had to call back when I got to home to place my order for it. Everyone had already left so I placed my order on-line with a request for a call to confirm the order the next AM. Call came in by 10am EST. Order was confirmed and quote from previous night was confirmed. In the process of confirming order and correcting the order to reflect the quote, the Reticle was changed accidentally. Recieved the scope today, noticed wrong reticle, called SportOptics and spoke with Jeanine. Everything was corrected and a resolution worked out in less than 20mins!! (You can't get a coffee here in New England @ a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru that quick some days!!) New scope is on it's way now,and will be here in 2 DAYS! When it comes to high end Glass,Class and CUSTOMER SERVICE, SPortOptics EARNED ALL OF MY BUSINESS.. Thanks again!!
