As a Funko pop collector, this was very disappointing to see that they changed the Disney display. I couldn't even look at any of the Funko pops that I wanted to look at because they were stacked up on the ground hidden in a bookshelf. Super disappointed with second Charles decision to do this.

They are closed on Sunday. The prices are reasonable for a thrift store and they have half off based on the color of some tags. I did find one item half off. A fun storage container. I got a cute top to to wear with leggings for $3. They have a small room in the back that is called the vintage room. There were a few, nice pieces but they were all very small sizes. They were okay prices but maybe a smidge high for thrifting. That selection was a little disappointing but maybe it's better on other days. They had a big table of Dunkin' Donuts bagged coffee and pods at really good prices but it was all pumpkin spice which really isn't my thing but if it's yours, you should head over (this is as of 2/4/23)! I may visit again and check if they sometimes get in other flavors. Have cash on-hand or be prepared to pay an additional 4% fee to use a debit or credit card. The store isn't that big and I was there on a Saturday, so it was rather crowded and I had to stand in line about 10-15 minutes because there was only one register. That's not a complaint because this is a small, charity thrift store. I bet the 2 or 3 ladies I saw who appeared to being working there are volunteers. I just want to people you know what to expect, so of you are in a big hurry, you may want to skip going until you have a little more time. The neighborhood in Mandeville where it's located is a walkable area with a couple of restaurants right down the street, The Rusty Pelican and Hambone. Free public parking lot is directly across the street from Gran's if you can't find a spot on the street. If you like thrifting, you should check out Gran's if you are in the neighborhood.

Located in a brightly colored building on Frenchmen Street (corner of Frenchmen St. & Decatur St.), LMF is one of the longest running record stores in New Orleans. LMF definitely has an old-school record store vibe to it - minus the old musty smell and w/ the modern day comfort of ac. Trust me when I say that you'll for sure want to spend hours at this local NOLA gem, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to visit. LMF has a huge inventory of vinyl records and cds (old and new - all genres, including a great assortment of local New Orleans music) that are neatly organized and reasonably priced. It also carries musical posters, books, and shirts. There is also a Yelp perk of getting $2 off a t-shirt when you check-in on Yelp.
