He responds within a day or two, promptly and professionally. And even though he doesn't assist with wallpaper selection, he'll help you calculate how much to order to cover your wall(s). I probably annoyed him slightly with all my questions/concerns, but you'd never tell. I thought it would take him all day to install the busy design I had selected. Nope, it took him like, 2 hours. Max. He's been installing wallpaper since a teenager apparently (his dad and his grandpa were in the trade).
