When you rent a slip here you get access to so many amenities. They have free champagne brunch on the weekends during the warmer months, there is a free DVD library, they have coin washer and dryers on site, access to the bathrooms with showers (which are very nice!), and there are often community events you can go to as well. My boyfriend's boat has it's own bathroom/shower but it does feel luxurious to take a shower in their bathrooms. You also get access to their pool as part of your membership! I am looking forward to jumping in that pool next summer! The staff have always been super helpful and encouraging of everyone to have fun and be safe on the water. But it is Devery and her team who make the place magical. The large, modern marina building has luxury hotel quality bathrooms and showers, a massive deck with tables and complimentary gas grill for guests to use and an air conditioned lounge with extensive book and movie libraries. The docks are in excellent shape, are very stable, with water and electricity at each double-fingered slip. A weekly mobile pump out service is also available. The extensive property includes shaded picnic areas, complimentary bikes and SUPs and a gym. And best of all, a beautiful vegetable garden and chicken coop! Farm fresh veggies and eggs are given to guests daily and are such a wonderful treat. This particular weekend was their customer appreciation weekend so all of their residence Were in for a good night of celebration.
