Ok let's get into it! No dine in for this place, so as for packaging food comes in a brown bag…read moreinside of a paper bag. Included in that bag are napkins and a fork & knife but you have the option there to choose before you leave the store. Now to the food I always get my go to that's the steamed salmon & shrimp w/ mixed veggies and a side order of sweet potato fries. The food here is always very consistently made and if your a seafood lover this is the place to be! Food is fairly priced takes about 10-15 minutes to fully make. Salmon & shrimp are cooked perfectly also the veggies are a great compliment to the meal sweet potatoes fries are just the topping for me because I'm just greedy but anyways lol. The place isn't the cleanest on the inside but it is what it is never have complaints on my end. Definitely recommend this spot guys!

You can also order cooked-to-order dishes right on the spot--from fish sandwiches to full seafood boils. It's an extremely busy lunch and takeout spot, so expect a crowd, but it moves well. My favorites are the shark, catfish, and snapper platter with tempura vegetables--always fresh, flavorful, and filling. The space is accessible with a little effort; the ramp is slightly steep, but manageable. Service is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the pricing is excellent for both the quality and the location. This is my go-to standby for fresh fish--reliable, delicious, and worth the visit.

What a great seafood restaurant! Greenpoint Fish & Lobster has a fresh seafood counter to purchase…read moreitems as well as a full restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation, as this spot is popular, especially on a nice weekend. We recently had a weekend brunch at one of the tables outside. Everything on the menu sounded good, but we decided on a couple of their specials. Started with the razor clams, which were cooked perfectly and topped with fresh herbs. We also had the fried soft shell crab sandwich with the side of Caesar salad. The sandwich was well balanced with the crunchy crab and herby aioli. The Caesar was light and refreshing. The fish and chips came with two fried filets of white fish and a basket of classic fries. The fish was lightly battered and flakey. The house made tartar sauce was a good complement to it. One of my top meals this year so far! Perfect summer meal!

Their HH deals are pretty solid -- $2 East Coast Oysters, $10 select wines and $6 beer special. Grabbed a glass of Sauvignon Blanc as I waited for my friend to arrive, which they were very patient and accommodating for. As soon as my friend arrived, we ordered a 1/2 dozen West Coast oysters, which were not on the happy hour menu, and several dozens of the HH East Coast oysters. Our server did an excellent job explaining the origin of the oysters as well as the specials of the day. The West Coast oysters were Kumamoto (California), while the East Coast selection were called Bad Boys (from Nova Scotia, Canada). Normally I'm a big fan of West coast oysters, but the Bad Boys were delicious! They were plump with a bold ocean brine & crisp finish. My friend also ordered a cup of clam chowder, which he thoroughly enjoyed. One of the best oyster HH spots I've come across, because it seems to be harder finding good ones lately. Would definitely come back to try the other seafood dishes.
