When we were living there Megan was the Office Manager and she was GREAT to work with. Kip was the maintenance man and he lived in one of the apartment buildings and always got things fixed quickly. The air and heat both worked great in the apartment and the walls seemed to be pretty thick. We may have just had good neighbors but we never had a problem with any noise. We never had an issue with parking for ourselves or even when we had people visit. Only suggestion I have is for them to possibly put together some kind of workout facility and den that is free to tenants..since most Omaha apartments offer something like that.

I suppose if you're lucky enough to get into a nice apartment, and only stay there for 6 months, these might be for you. Living here for almost 4 years and seeing many different management and maintenance, NOTHING gets fixed right the first time.... You would be lucky to get it fixed the 5th time and in under a month of something being broke. These apartments are $1000+ a month and they have a hard time shelling out anything that cost more than a light bulb. The maintenance can fix things like a leaky pipe or changing a lightbulb, but anything more complicated than that and it will cause you nothing but long nights and a headache without things getting fixed. My AC has been on the fritz for 2 months and here I am again sitting in a 90 degrees apartment with nothing being done. Oh they came and looked at it, but the $5 item that they says is wrong with it, that has been replaced already more than once, they don't have and can't/won't go to the store to get one. They do not care about you as a tenant. I would never recommend this or any apartment associated with the Lund company because of the completely shitty way that we have been treated.

She could have easily kept the business to just this location but was looking out for my own welfare. I am considering an apartment here or at one of her sister locations.

Completely rude management. Was cussed out by maintenance man for absolutely no reason with…read moreabsolutely no resolution from the equally rude staff in the office. Pat the manager has an extremely long history of treating tenants poorly and ignoring basic repairs.
