I have lived at Brookview since 2018 without any problems and I highly recommend these apartments especially to those who might be struggling in their lives to make ends meet. I was almost homeless with my two little ones when I moved in and have raised them both in the apartment and they both graduated high school. One has went off to be married and has an apartment of her own with her husband and the other just graduated and still lives with me. Thank you for all the years you have made us feel welcome at Brookview! God bless.

Really nice apartments but poorly built. The walls are super thin. During the pandemic I'm working from home. You can literally here the kids yelling from outside on my phone calls. There's individuals who knock on your door and run. You can't have things delivered because they will get stolen. There's graffiti on the walls. Also huge roaches that you would see on the Discovery channel in the hallways. The doors slams every time someone come and go. All of the doors in the unit squeak when you open and shut them. The hot water runs out fast when taking a shower. You have people constantly pulling the fire alarms day in and day out. There's people who constantly takes the fire extinguishers and spray them all over the halls. There's people breaking into vehicles at night. I've heard from another resident that there's a person who throws out racial slurs and the management disregards her complaints. Could be a really great place if all of this didn't occur. If I could give it half a star I would. If you're paying full rent I wouldn't recommend renting an apartment community such as this. I'm relieved to be moving out. These were much better than my last apartment but came with too many other problems.

They were the third or fourth number I tried, and the first company I got through to discuss my broken door with. From that very first call to the final install, every person I dealt with at AAA was friendly, professional, and helpful. Not only do I strongly recommend AAA for any of your garage door needs, I strongly discourage you from trying any other company without first giving AAA a call. Don't waste your time, as I did, with folks who clearly don't value your business as much as AAA does.
