Online buying is cool, but I try to buy local when I can, especially in the current virus situation. I was met with a cheerful welcome and a helpful attitude. The man helping me was impressed that I had done my homework and had the Part Number. When he pulled the number up in his system it was a part that is rarely, if ever ordered, they didn't have it in stock and there was no specifications on the bolts, such as 3/8" x 2", etc. But this guy was determined I wasn't going to leave empty handed, and went out of his way to help me. Digging through some old scrap mowers I found the exact 2 bolts I needed. And they wouldn't take any money for them! Isn't it amazing how such a simple thing can be so cool?
