I feel they put you thru so much red tape just to be denied. It stressful enough dealing with a child with a disability. They don't want your pets on your deck either. That is your property. The folks here make up for the physical looks of the park. I have really enjoyed staying here. The RV section is small but it can accommodate up to something 36 feet in length. The other nice thing is I have never experienced any trouble with anyone stealing from one another. You have the occasional dog barking and of course typical Dallas traffic but other than that It a rather nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone either in transient or long term. All the other charges I can agree on but to remove the carpet where our bed was for 400$ is a little much that's more than our full deposit when the 4 lines from our bed will remove in a few days I miss when shonda was the overall lady!!!! Also our downstairs neighbors would complain on my 2 year old for being a 2 year old but their dogs would bark ALL NIGHT keeping us up, so thankful my first apartment experience is over I will NEVER do apartments again especially after this one. I live next to one of their developments that is currently under construction. They are the worst…read moreneighbors to have by far, far beyond living next to even normal construction. None of their construction workers speak English, unless you count the derogatory comments they make towards me at all times of day. Taking my dog for a walk, bringing work materials to my car, pretty much any time I walk in or out I am sexually harassed. They are also incredibly dirty! There is a fence dividing the properties but you would never know it due to the amount of 8x10' pieces of ply wood, trash and nails that are constantly on this side of the fence. Last wk, my dog was chewing on a nail and this wk I have a nail in my tire that I now have to get replaced bc of them. They also leave trash from their lunches in the bushes, all over the street and on our stoop....which we then get emails about cleaning up from MY apt management company even though it is entirely out of our control. Management is unresponsive. I highly recommend not paying the $1Mil price point on Clark st. for the now certainly mold infested property that has been flooded for the last 6 months while all of the wood (internal and external) has been exposed the entire time. My fiancé and I will never purchase a property you develop now that we know all of the corners you cut.

They are trying to charge me over 1000.00 for carpet damage. To protect myself- I took a video of the entire apartment right after I finished my FOUR HOUR deep cleaning - including shampooing the carpet. The video shows no carpet damage. Definitely not over 1000.00 worth. The photos of the damages sent to me could not be seen unless the carpet was pulled up/ which of course I couldn't do. More importantly -Due to downsizing, I had "house" furniture in an apartment- meaning almost every inch of carpet ,aside from very minimal walking space , was covered with large furniture. There is no way MY family of 2 is responsible for damages that soaked through to the under padding in areas that was completely covered for 3 years by furniture... in areas we couldn't even walk let alone spill. The carpet was not new when we moved in, that was obvious based on the black lines (also in video and initial walk through checklist) that were present outside the 2nd bed and bath. Add another 3 years of my living there- and now I'm being charged for "new" carpet when I didn't even have new carpet upon move in OR make the damages to this one! I have secured legal representation due to these erroneous charges and threats to my credit. Hopefully the situation can be rectified expeditiously.
