Manager is awful. Everything is overpriced. Produce has mold and is way past expiration date.

Right as you walk in you'll notice their fresh flowers, these are always a hit, their prices are the lowest around, and the beautiful colors are sure to add vibrance to any space in your home. Currently during the holiday season they have some gift sets, such as candles and skin care gifts that are a great value and a nice gift for your self or for someone else. I love their woolen reefs and garlands that are a natural way to add some texture to your Christmas tree. One thing that confuses me a bit about Trader Joe's is that their bananas are sold as individual pieces. A single banana is .19 cents. I'm not sure how many people go out to buy one banana? It would make more sense if they sold them by weight. There might be other items that are sold individually, I can just remember the bananas for now. As far as inventory, this store has it all. I love their dry fruit, their cereal, milk and cheese. I picked up a jar of almond butter. They had four varieties to choose from, creamy, chunky, salted and unsalted. The cashier was super friendly, he asked me how my day was, and what I did on this day. This Trader Joe's is located across the street from my doctor, so I just ran across the street for my appointment.

What's strange is that the store never seems overcrowded despite the parking nightmare. Their florals, specifically garden roses, are beautiful. I got three dozen to practice a bouquet I'm making for my mother for Mother's Day. If they added in a florist to make bouquets, I'm sure they would have a line out the door. They are very quick at the register! The cheese tote bag is adorable.

The workers are rushing around just herding us like cattle out of their way. I feel like being in this store puts me in fight or flight.

On the morning of delivery, I was informed the cake was unavailable and would be substituted with something else. That was not acceptable, so I contacted Amazon. While they couldn't cancel the order, they issued me a credit, and I did not receive the original cake. I then ordered a 6-inch Chantilly Berry Cake for same-day delivery at 2 PM. It arrived early at 1:45 PM but was in terrible condition. The berries had fallen off the top, the frosting was damaged and ripped open on one side, and overall, the cake looked like a mess. I received a credit for this order as well, but the experience was very disappointing. I know Whole Foods in Glastonbury can deliver these cakes in excellent condition--I received one last July, and it was perfect. This time, the cake arrived in a flimsy box, which may have contributed to the damage. I appreciate the credits issued, but the quality and reliability of this order were far below expectations. I hope packaging and handling are improved going forward.
