The order got here quickly, but, the sub was dressed. My autistic son doesn't do that. Plain Jane, all the way. He probably didn't hear me say "Plain", but made no excuses. Shawn sent Taylor back, but, with a ham and cheese unwich, and a big ol cookie. But, my son still couldn't eat that. That man was prepared to make our whole order again, just to get it right! I had to stop him from a repeat on mine. Only wanted the sub. Not ONE complaint. No excuses. That store is slammed and the drive-thru, with all this horrendous weather, is non-stop, also.
