Now I'm stranded in this armpit of the earth town that doesn't even have a Starbucks or an ihop, and it's gonna be 3 DAYS before an automechanic can even look at my car. The people working at this degenerate excuse for a grocery store/gas station are all about 25 and have no idea how to use their phone system, let alone what to do about bad gas. They gave me a piece of paper to fill out to "file a claim" with their corporate office, which I'm sure will take a f*cking century. Thanks for nothing, Brookshire Bros. Not only is my weekend f*cked, but my car is f*cked too, and nobody seems to take any responsibility for anything around here. Today my daughter took one bottle to school and found it had gone bad. When I checked, it was three months expired. She had to throw it away immediately. I went back to the store with the three unopened expired bottles to ask for a refund, but the female customer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She argued with me, blamed me for not checking the date myself, and refused to take responsibility for your store's mistake. She also refused to refund the bottle my daughter had already thrown away, only agreeing to refund three bottles. This is clearly your store's fault for selling expired milk, not mine. It is illegal under FDA regulations to stock expired products. The staff's attitude was also terrible and she refused to admit any mistake. I will never shop here again and will definitely expose this irresponsible and unprofessional behavior！
