And, the owners (Brianna and Jeremy) are good people who are doing business the right way--care about the customer and long-term. Their business may be relatively new, but they come with decades of experience in the HVAC business at larger companies (and have very experienced, quality installers). After 20+ years, our heat pump stopped working and it was time for a replacement. Another local company who was a referral gave a quote that was so high that it was laughable. So, I gathered other quotes, and All In Heating and Air was almost the cheapest (very close 2nd--and over $4K cheaper than the first company's quote for the same system), first to respond, transparent, and included complimentary perks. And, there was absolutely NO upselling. They provided me with the range of quotes I requested (from 14 SEER to 18 SEER systems), but then actually discouraged me from the more expensive system (which I knew was probably overkill for what I needed but refreshing to have Jeremy also confirm). Everything was seamless and done well--from the quote details, communication, financing options (I had my own financing, but they had even better options), and installation--on time, finished early, careful, and everything worked correctly (and they even registered the product). I highly recommend All In Heating and Air for any of your HVAC needs (and you'll enjoy interacting with pleasant, good people who are local small business owners, which is a cherry on top).

They removed the entire system from of course the attic and replaced with completely new system. The total removal and installation lasted 2 days under hot summer conditions. They both were informative on what they were doing and kept us updated throughout the whole installation process. They laid out drop clothes on the floor to control any trash from the old system and cleaned up after the days work. They answered all of our questions and tips on using the new equipment. Both were friendly and worked well together. Our home has never felt this cool and humidity free in quite some time.

The secretary said $125 for the check/service call. ok. sounds great! - There was nothing wrong other than the outdoor grille moved about a half foot and Brayden straightened it out then picked a hose up and was watering the vents. He did NOT tell me anything other than 5 minutes later he says it's $210. He said it was for the cleaning. cleaning? yeah, $85 for picking up my hose, not telling me that there would be an extra charge. I paid it like a dam fool. The next day I called and asked to speak to the owner TAYLOR who did not have the courtesy to call me and ask me what happened. He did email me and SARCASTICALLY replied "thanks for the stellar review.". He never had the courtesy to call and ask what happened, if he could resolve the problem in any way. Then the company never got the information to us so that we could get the problem fixed. Between August 16th, the day of the appointment and today, September 22, the company never followed through on all the times they said someone would get back with us. August, Wednesday 16. Tech came by. We were told the tech would provide a quote and diagnosis. The tech left and said he would send the information the next day. August, Friday 18 I called the reception to let her know the tech had said he would send a quote and full diagnosis to us and we had not received it. The reception said that the owner would call on Monday to talk with me and give me the information. August, Monday 21 No call from the owner or the office. August Tuesday 22 I called the office and left a message on the voicemail. No one called me back. August, Thursday 24 I called the office again and left a message on the voicemail. No one called me back. August, Friday 25 I posted on Facebook asking if anyone knew the owner of the company. Someone saying they were the owner messaged me back that she was the owner and her husband would get back with me later that day, No one called back that day or the next or the next. Someone from the company sent an email saying that the owner would send me an estimate soon. We did not receive estimate from the owner. August, Tuesday 29th We have not heard from company and have not received the quotes/diagnosis. September, Friday 22. Company has still not contacted us, but they did keep our money.
