They were able to comeout Monday morning even though it was 10 below. Don and my husband we able to get the extremely heavy cement frozen lid off with the help of our tractor. After pulling the pump it determined it was shot. Don called for the help of Riley and they were able to locate a pump at Webb and picked it up. Got it hooked up but needed to return the briefly next morning at 8 AM for an electrical hook up. I would like to repeat this was all done at below 0 temps. They presented me with paperwork for the contract with a company name on it that went out of business years ago. -I wish I had caught their deceptive practices before this happened but the damage literally happened in a matter a few hours - total chaos. -Walker Roofing / Dan Systo BADLY damaged my house including neglecting to use tarps and they did not remove the gutters prior to ordering the crew up on the roof to scrape the old roof shingles off. This caused the gutters to rip off the house, scratch and gouge cedar siding and windows. Including a window hit so hard by their crew that it was wrenched directly out from the wall with a broken frame. Dan never came to see the damage and instead defended his crew. ----Dangerous. Used the wrong ice and rain shield. Left sharp pieces of metal all over the yard in addition to smashed gutters. Attached a few pieces of steel slats to the roof that blew down over the winter literally sticking in the deck and causing more damage and danger. Fired them. --Went all winter with water pouring into my house. I have photos and estimates to repair what Dan Systo / Walker Roofing did to my house. Nathan has done many project for us. Our first project was a remodel of a plain deck. He…read moreexpanded the deck by adding a one step down level 20' x 20' with a nice curve detail at the end. Because the deck was below the min height we did not need railings. He listen well to our design features and was able to make them work. The second deck was around a semi-inground wooden pool ( Technobois) with tight edges up to the wood pool tops at differnt angles. The skills was detailed and complicated. Five years later it still looks great. Nathan has done a kitchen remodel in stages for us. Bathroom /shower remodels. Our accessory apartment needed walls taken out and rebuilt. He has remodeled many areas of our home. He has Installed wood floors, cabinet work, trim work is meticulous! The list goes on. He takes his time to think things out. My only concern is the lack of a quote detailing the scope of the work being done before the project. I think he needs to improve in that area. Then he can stay within the homeowners budget for the agree upon work. We had surprises doing things hourly. But his work exceeded our expectations, for that reason we always continue to call on him for work to be done. We know we can trust him to do a good job, even when we are not at home to see it get done. Always done Right!
