While our dog actually enjoys car rides and enjoyed the rides to and from his grooming appointments, it is super convenient now having a groomer who comes to us on a set schedule - so that we do not have to worry about scheduling our appointments or not having dates/times that are convenient for us available. We receive our appointment dates for the year, and those dates are set for the most part unless circumstances arise in which case she will contact us ahead of time and ask if we can switch days. She always sends a text the day before to confirm the appointment and approximate time. She does a great job with our 10 year old Yorkie-Poo (Tracy has been his groomer since he was around a year or so old) and is someone that we (and our dog) can trust to have a clean, healthy, safe environment and who always has our dog's best interest in mind. She is truly an animal lover, supports local rescues, and is passionate about what she does! If you are looking for a new groomer, please consider using Tracy with Paws Around the Town! At my next visit, I was charged $78, which appears to include that $20 fee without any explanation beforehand. When I tried to ask about it, the front desk employee didn't address my concern directly and instead told the owner I was already disputing the charge. This was frustrating, especially since I hadn't even been informed what I was being charged for in the first place. Clear communication and transparency matter, especially with long-time customers. I trusted this business for years, so being treated this way felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Instead of offering a sincere apology or reasonable solution, Olivia made an incredibly inappropriate comment: "I'm glad that you can have kids." Accidents can happen, but how they are handled matters. I'm not upset that my dog's nail was cut too short--I'm upset that I was not told about it and that the situation wasn't properly addressed before I left. The complete lack of communication and the way the owner responded afterward were completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values transparency and basic compassion for both pets and their owners.

She was kind, patient, and really connected with my nervous guy. One thing that really struck me about StF is that they go out of their way for customers. While my dog was scheduled at large dog pricing based on his weight, she made it a point to downgrade him to medium when she saw him in person. When I asked if I could add on an additional service for an additional price, she told me they'd be happy to do it for no extra charge. They also text you pictures of your pet, which made my day.
